Both are on the table. Shopify wins for teams that need point-of-sale or app-ecosystem features; custom (Next.js + Sanity + Stripe) wins for brand differentiation, large catalogs and bespoke business logic. We will recommend a stack during discovery based on your actual constraints.
Not in-house. We will brief a photographer if you need one and handle all image processing, cropping, WebP conversion and CDN setup. Budget approximately €40–€80 per product image with a vetted partner.
Default integration uses Shopify Shipping or a tax engine like TaxJar. For EU OSS / IOSS, we configure rates per zone in your admin. Live carrier rates (Omniva, DPD, DHL) can be wired in for an additional €280.
Welcome flows, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and winback are set up in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or your tool of choice. Setup of the first three flows is included; deeper marketing automation work is a separate engagement.
Yes. We ship a configurable cookie banner, granular consent for analytics, a working privacy policy, data export/delete endpoints in the account area, and a Records of Processing template. We are based in Latvia and treat GDPR as a baseline, not a feature.
Bug fixes, performance optimization, two hours per week of feature tweaks, email support with a one-business-day SLA, and weekly check-in calls during launch week. After day 30 we offer a care plan from €180/month.
